The product is cleverly portioned in chunky bite sizes.

Fresh curd is pressed and sliced to proper dimensions then hand-wrapped in bacon rashers.
The bites are individually quick frozen to stop the ageing process.

Product loss is nil and the bites very easy to bake from either frozen or thawed (recommended) condition.
