IQF Soft Cheese slice is a rinded soft cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk.
The product is cleverly portioned in small square slices and very easy to use.
Selected loaves are matured for 1 week minimum before cutting. Slices are quick frozen individually to stop the ageing process. The very small stamp size allows for the inclusion of a soft cheese in tight, small packaging. Product loss is virtually nil and offers a big advantage over the handling of chilled Soft Cheese with related shelf-life issues. Kitchen professionals can design new recipes and keep a tight control on costs.
